Carlos Granados

Carlos is an experienced designer from Florida. He provides 3D modeling, rendering, and animations of real-world scenarios for litigation support. Carlos earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Media Arts and Animation from the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.

Eduardo Rojas

Eduardo graduated from Florida International University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is an FAA-certified drone pilot and part of our investigative team.

Andres Morejon

Andres recently graduated from the University of Central Florida with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is an FAA-certified drone pilot and the newest member of our hardworking investigative team.

Porscha Adderley

Porscha is a first point of contact for our clients and an experienced customer service professional. She assists with project intake and document management. She is from South Florida and has an Associate’s degree in Business.

Michael Webb

Mike is a licensed Professional Engineer who graduated from Florida Polytechnic University with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering. He is an FAA-certified drone pilot who is highly proficient in evidence preservation, crash data retrieval, and BERLA vehicle system forensics.

Ron was from Texas and had more than 20 years’ experience in graphic design across many fields. He offered services in 3D modeling, animations, video graphics, litigation graphics, and marketing materials.

Martin Garcia

Brian supports our engineering team by providing technical drawings, vehicle research, and visual aids. He has more than 20 years of experience using AutoCAD and Unigraphics for mechanical modeling and drafting in the aerospace industry. Brian is originally from Jacksonville, FL and earned an Associate’s degree in Drafting and Design Technology from Palm Beach Community College.

Martin Garcia

Mario provides technical drawings, vehicle research, and visual aids. He is skilled in photogrammetry, photomodeling, 3D scanning, and event data retrieval. Mario is from Florida and has a background in civil/architectural design. He has a Bachelor’s degree of Architecture from Florida International University.

Chad joined KEARS in 2016 as its visual designer. He is proficient in photogrammetry, 3D modeling, 3D renderings, and animations. He is certified by LEVA as a Forensic Video Technician. He is also trained in evidence preservation including 3D scanning, crash data retrieval, and heavy vehicle event data recorders. Chad has an Associate’s degree in Architectural and Engineering Design.

Martin Garcia

Miguel is a certified diesel technician and part of our investigative team. He has experience performing DOT-level inspections on medium and heavy commercial trucks. He is from the Tampa Bay area, where he earned an Associate’s degree in Engineering from Hillsborough Community College.

Paige supports our business operations in accounting, staff development, and file management. She is originally from Alabama and has a B.S. in Business Administration from Auburn University.

Angel oversees billing and accounting functions for our firm. She previously worked as a consultant to small businesses and has a diverse financial background with experience in accounting, banking, and investments. Angel earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance at University of Central Florida and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Walden University. She is originally from Geneva, Ohio.

Ashley is a co-founder of KEARS who oversees business operations including staff recruitment and development, vendor relationships, and marketing. She grew up in Virginia and graduated from the University of Virginia with a B.A. in Psychology.

Lori administers our client communication, project scheduling, and file management. She moved to Florida from Boston after a successful career in telecommunications. Lori has extensive professional experience in operations support, human resources, and executive support.

She greets our clients, processes file documents from inception to closure, and ensures that our office supplies are always stocked. She is a notary public with a Bachelor in Business Administration in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University. She has lived in South Florida for many years.

Michael Villa

Mike is a Professional Engineer and accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist with experience in in forensic engineering, manufacturing, and engineering design. He investigates automotive mechanical failures, airbag deployment, tire failures, and collisions. Mike is originally from Brooklyn and is a licensed P.E. in Florida, New York, and New Jersey. He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute with a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering.

Martin Garcia

Alex is a licensed Professional Engineer, drone pilot, and accredited Traffic Accident Reconstructionist. He has investigated and helped to reconstruct hundreds of motor vehicle accidents throughout our state. He grew up on the west coast of Florida and earned his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Central Florida.

Michael Swindon

Mike graduated from Florida Polytechnic University with a B.S. in Computer Engineering. He has training as a CDR tool technician and in BERLA vehicle system forensics. Mike is part of our investigative team and is an FAA-certified drone pilot.

Ferris M. Pfeiffer, Ph.D.

Ferris earned a Ph.D. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Missouri and served as Professor and Head of Biomechanics and Bioengineering in the Department of Biomedical, Biological & Chemical Engineering at MU. He has testified at deposition and in court and published peer-reviewed articles in the area of biomechanics. His areas of specialty include biomechanical injury tolerance and causation, as well as orthopedic device failures.

Martin Garcia

A native of Miami, Martin is a licensed Professional Engineer and founder of KEARS. He has a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Florida State University and more than 20 years of professional experience as a forensic engineer. Martin testifies as an expert witness in federal and Florida courts, and he is a board-certified diplomate with the National Association of Forensic Engineers (NAFE).
