Expert Opinions and Presentation
We’ve determined how the accident occurred.
How do we explain it?
An effective expert witness is a skilled and knowledgeable communicator. We present technical concepts to a lay audience in a way that is easy to understand.
Our principal engineer, Martin Garcia, is a licensed P.E. who has been qualified as an expert witness. He has more than 20 years of experience reconstructing accidents and has testified in civil and criminal courts. Mr. Garcia provides engineering opinions in written reports, mediation, deposition, and trial.
Mr. Garcia and his forensic team can provide visual demonstratives of these opinions, tailored to each case. These may range from 3-D drawings to video reenactments, computer animations, and simulations.
